Vintage Bob Loveless Style Drop Point Hunting knife by J.L. Barbee of Ft. Stockton, Tx. The 4" blade is ground from 1/4" stock and has a deep hollow grind with a mirror polish finish. The handle scales are the old Westinghouse Ivory Micarta, Colby pins and brass guard. The knife has a taper tang accented with black liners. OAL; 8.75". This is one heavy duty skinner very well done, cleaned to near mint condition. The knife comes with a custom leather sheath not original to the knife. Barbee made knives in the 70"s and 80's.
