Vintage lock-back folding knife by the late W.T.Fuller of Gadsden Al. The blade measures 3" with a mirror polish finish and nail nick. The handle scales are premium walnut accented with nickel silver dovetail bolsters and pins. 3.75" closed. Very clean work every thing lines up, well centered blade, no wobble, walks and talks. The knife has never been used and is near mint with some light scratches on bolster. Could easily be polished out to mint. As the story goes W T, Harvey McBurnette, and Dick Dorough worked at the Good Year Tire plant in Gadsden Al. W T lost his hand in a mill accident and was retired. W T wanted a knife he could open and close with one hand so the 3 developed the Front-Lock folder. W T tells the story of selling one of his front lock folders to Al mar and not long after Al Mar was making them. W T said no hard feelings he was glad to see his design being used.
