Vintage Chris Peterson Hand Forged Damascus Fighting Knife in near Mint Condition. The 4.75" Damascus blade is made by folding and twisting the 01 and 36 mild into 640 layers of random pattern. Chris did some awesome rope and vine file work. The handle is his signature Buffalo Horn accented with red liners, taper tang, and nickel silver bolsters. OAL: 9.5".  The shape and flow of Chris's knives are very special if you have ever held one you know what I mean. Chris leaves in Utah and was encouraged by Buster Warenski and JIm Ence talk about good teachers. Chris went the extra mile on this one with awesome checkering on both sides of the handle plus he stippled the bolsters. This knife has never been used and is in near mint condition with original sheath made by Chris's wife. Stag & Hand Forged Cable Damascus Bowie Knife by Chris Peterson of Utah. Awesome 6.5" cable Damascus with fantastic patterns. The handle is made of premium sambar stag accented with Damascus double guard and butt. OAL: 11.25". The knife has never been used and is in mint condition. The knife comes with a very cool looking sheath made by Old Pueblo Leather El Brown Maker Tucson Az. This knife is not signed because the Damascus is not Chris's. The consignor stated that he bought 3 knives from Chris. Two of the knives are his regular style knives which I have listed. This third knives was made with a special piece of cable damascus which Chris did not make. Chris used it on this beautiful knife but would not put his name on it. I am quite sure that if you contacted Chris he would be glad to confirm the authenticity of this knife.
