Vintage Western WESTMARK 702 U.S.A. serial number 28812. The blade measures 5" and has some scratches from use. Wood handle, brass guard and aluminum butt. WESTMARK knives are the top of the line from Western. This knife would be near mint accept for the scratches on the blade which could be buffed out if desired. The blade has 2 rockwell marks which is kind of neat. OAL: 9.5". Original leather sheath with the WESTMARK logo and Western Cutlery on the button. The blade is 5" long and the oal is 9.5". Large brass guard and aluminum pommel. The sheath is marked with logo. The knife comes with the original, wood grain velvet lined box. Hard to find them like this anymore. Note the knife has been lightly used and has some light scratches on the blade hard to see everything else looks like new. Customized Western L66 J knife. Looks like a Westmark only better. This beauty is actually a L66 blank from Western Knives that has been customized with a gorgeous ironwood handle. The handle is choice ironwood accented with multiple spacers, brass guard and aluminum pommel. A fellow named Steve did the job and its well done and feels great in the hand. The blank is old but has never been used, all the rest is brand new. OAL: 8.5". Steve also made the nice 10 oz leather sheath brand new still smells from being stained should go away soon.

For sale is a BEAUTIFUL 1984 commemorative knife made by Western Cutlery Company in cooperation with the Coleman Company. The knife is a Bowie knife and is marked WESTMARK U.S.A. 701 . The blade is 5 5/8 inches long. The overall length is 10 1/8 inches long The scales are premium sambar stag.
The knife is a limited edition of 2000. This knife features a Beautiful etched design on the knife blade. The design is an outdoor scene from artwork by noted outdoor wildlife illustrator Russ Buzzell. The other side of the knife is plain.
The knife is in a wooden presentation case with glass front and red velvet lined body for holding the knife.There is a pre-drilled hanger hole in the back for hanging on the wall if so desired. There is a working, locking brass latch and the lower left corner of the top is etched in the wood with the logos of both companies. The Knife is in Mint Condition and the stag is much better looking than the picture really premium scales. Note: These knives are supposed to have the serial number stamped on the blade from 1 to 2000. This knife has no serial number not sure why? Could be it slipped by or perhaps its a proto-type? Don't know but its a really nice one.
