Rare massive one of a kind fighter by Robert Papp of Elyria Ohio. The 13 1/2" blade was ground from 3/8" stock. The blade is double hollow ground and the top is not sharp. The blade has a mirror polish finish with a fine hand rub finish on the flats. The handle is gorgeous deep rich ironwood accented with fancy double s.s. dovetailed guard. The handle has 4 pins and a fine taper tang. OAL: 19". The knife comes with the original high quality Jim Layton leather sheath. This knife is an incredible piece of work by one of the best makers. There are some light scratches on the guard otherwise mint condition. Zipper pouch included.
