Description

Rare Petrified wood, fossil handled skinner by Virgil Campbell from Moose Pass Alaska. The knife has a 4.5" carbon steel blade with a mirror polish finish. The handle is one of the most unique handles I have ever seen very nice full of grain and quarts. The brass guard is braised to the blade for a clean fit. The oal is 9.25". The handle is contoured to fit the hand very well. The knife has never been used and is near mint except for some carbon spots which is normal. The knife comes with the original leather sheath made by Dawn Campbell. Virgil's knives are also known as I.R.B.I. which stands for I'd rather be independent.
