A.C.METSALA 1 of a kind Mosaic Damascus Liner-Lock folder. Nice gentleman's knife has a blade that measures 3.25" and a OAL open of 7.25". The blade steel is Mosaic Damascus Pattern by Robert Eggerling. Eggerling is considered one of the best Damascus makers in the world. This is a very complex multi-bar braided pattern The blade is hollow ground and heat treated to RC 57-59. The blade was hot blued to bring out the shinny blue and purple effect. The blade has diamond tipped filework in his rope pattern.The mosaic bolster pattern was also made by Eggerling. Its a different variation of his braided pattern. The handle is gorgeous Mammoth tooth. The set was stabilized by the best in the business Ron Burke of Texas. The liners are made of titanium and have been anodized to a bright light Megenta color. These liners have been extensively fileworked and jeweled on the inside. The back strap is made of Damascus it has rope filework pattern, and the inside is fileworked too. Fantastic fit and finish the blade is centered and opens like butter! we positive lock up. Zipper pouch included.
