Description   Vintage custom handmade fighting knife by Richard Planis ex-Navy Seal. The 7" blade is hollow ground with a bright mirror polish finish. The handle scales are black micarta accented with Corby pins and brass guard. The knife has a fine taper tang with lanyard. OAL: 12.5". Well made knife excellent fit and finish. The knife has never been used and is in near mint condition. Custom leather sheath included. This knife was from the Gunther collection in Texas and the only info I have is on a sticker on the butt. So i believe this knife was either made by Richard or made for him not sure.
