Blade: 11.5" 440-C s.s. Handle: desert ironwood Fittings: 303 s.s. & sterling silver Sheath: leather sheath OAL: 16.5" Description: Gorgeous massive Kukri knife by the late world famous knife maker Ruffin Johnson. If you don't own a Ruffin now is the time to get one because my good friend passed away and prices are going up. Ruffin was inducted into the Texas knifemakers hall of fame a few years ago. Ruffin's Kukri's are very rarest of all his knives as he made very few. I have only seen 2 of them over the years and I bought both. He told me they are a pain in the neck to make and too much grinding. This beauty has a hollow ground mirror polish finish blade that is a quarter inch thick. The handle is premium desert ironwood accented with his sterling silver wolf head. I will also include his last knife brochure which has pictures of all his different models. Knife and sheath are in mint condition
