Description   Very rare Al Mar Pre- Pathfinder Fighting Knife made by the late Angus Arbuckle of South Africa. The blade measures 9.25" with a 5" clip and a satin finish. The handle is deep rich maroon micarta accented with double brass guard and pins. The knife has a integral guard with a full tang and lanyard hole. OAL: 15". Angus Arbuckle military knives are highly sought after and back in 1981 he struck a deal with Al Mar to make some knives but he died in 1982. This knife is serial number 0059 and I believe less than a 100 were made. This one is near mint with original leather sheath. Zipper pouch included. This just might be the rarest of the vintage Al Mar knives period.
