Description   Vintage Partial double edge Fighting Knife by Joe Yates of Texas. The 7" blade has a 4.5" clip that is sharp. The handle is wood grain micarta accented with Loveless style pins, double guard and lanyard hole. The knife is full tang construction and measures 11.75". The knife has serial number 60 on the blade.  Joe Yates specialized in big bowie knives and was very well known in Texas. This beauty has never been used but does have sheath scratches from going in and out over the years. Excellent condition with custom leather sheath probably not original to the knife but fits well and is quality made.
