Vintage Gerber LMF 002837 survival knife mint in the box. The 6" blade is ground from 1/4" steel with teeth and has a grey non- reflective finish. Blade still has the original made in the USA sticker on it. The handle is soft rubber which is very comfortable when pounding or chopping. OAL: 10.5". The knife comes with the original sheath and Bianchi belt fastener for quick easy secure attachment. Another accessory is the strap on front with can hold a smaller knife, survival kit or other equipment. I believe the LMF which was made shortly after the BMF is the rarer of the 2. Paper with specs included. Serial number 002837. Note there is a little rust on the sheath snaps and attachment with could easily be removed. The box is a little rough.
