Description   Vintage Ivory Micarta Drop Point Skinning Knife by Bill Sanders (Timberline Knives) Mancos Colorado. The s.s.  blade is hollow ground with a bright mirror polish finish and measures 3.25". The handle scales are the old discontinued Westinghouse Ivory Micarta. The knife has a very fine taper tang and measures 7.75". Bill was partners with Jim Hardenbrook and Vaughn Neeley when they started Timberline Knives back in the early 80". They won many awards for their knives and were on top of their game. The company was sold sometime after Jim's death and the 2 went their own ways knife making. The quality of this knife is as good as it gets plus its in mint condition. Leather sheath included.
